No. Our software is an AI powered machine learning application, a NinjaTrader third- party add-on program. Our proprietary software is a tool to optimize automated trading strategies to predict future analytical outcomes based on historical data to maximize profits, minimize losses and manage money risk. 

No programming or coding skills required to use the software once it is integrated into your automated strategy.

Yes. However, TradeOptima.AI is not compatible with NinjaTrader Strategies that use Delta as its bar type in the “Data Series.”

Yes, a unique proprietary attribute of the program is to easily select features for all trading styles.

The features are trading indicators categorized by their functionality: momentum, support and resistance, trend, volatility, and volume indicators. Note, you cannot select volume as a feature if your strategy uses Volume as its bar type in the “Data Series.”
No. Automated strategy orders are required to be entered directly into the NinjaTrader platform.
Strategies that do not have money and risk management rules programmed into their strategy. Example would be a simple two moving average crossover strategy that enters and exits at a crossover with no sound money or risk management rules.

If unable to program the integration yourself, you have two options 1) elect to outsource to your own programmer or 2) pay $75 to our company for the one-time integration fee. Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to providing the engagement of our service with your initial subscription. Integrated strategies to be returned to the customer in 2 business days.
TradeOptima.AI is a software tool; a NinjaTrader third party add-on program. We have no access to your account or data.
We don’t offer free trials. However, to help you evaluate the program, we recommend starting with a one-month subscription as a trial.
Yes. The subscription is a file required to run the machine learning algorithm in your strategy as an independent software tool. If you cancel the subscription, then the file will not be accessible to run the algorithm.
No. The unique value to the software is the subscription only needs to be purchased once. There are no limitations on the number of strategies that can be used with the one subscription. For each subscription, the licenses are limited to a maximum of two computers.
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If your payment fails, we’ll notify you to update your payment information. We’ll attempt to reprocess the payment for 5 days. If the issue persists, your subscription will be canceled until payment is received.
No, TradeOptima.AI is only accessible on a desktop due to the complex features and functions of the program.
Yes, you can use the same script, strategy, or indicator file on both Market Replay and the live market in NinjaTrader. However, keep in mind that Market Replay uses historical tick data to simulate past market conditions, which may not exactly mirror live market behavior. Always test thoroughly in a simulated or demo environment before deploying any strategy live to ensure it performs as expected under real-time conditions.
